What We Offer:A permanent position, starting with a 2 years placement as part of the Sibelco Innovation Development Program (SIDP) within our global Technology and Innovation team, where you will receive direct sponsorship and mentoring by Sibelco's Chief Technology and Innovation Officer, Dr. Georg F.L. Wiessmeier. Technology Innovation covers three innovation domains: process innovation (new process technologies), materials innovation (materials solutions) and business innovation (business models).
The primary work location will be Sibelco's global head office in Antwerp, Belgium. Extended business trips to other locations to work in different business entities are part of the program and will be required for the success of the appointed strategic project.

What we look for:
- Educated to Masters level (e.g. chemical engineering, chemistry, process engineering, mineralogy). A PhD would be highly regarded
- Competent English language skills
- Have the right to work in Belgium and be mobile to travel within continent and globally
- Industry experience is an advantage
