Job DescriptionOverview: The Technical Business Analyst is the liaison between the customer, Product, and Engineering teams to define the objectives and requirements of the client. Roll out and implement new features and modules aligned to the roadmap. Duties and Responsibilities: Works with customer/end-users to gather and translate the business needs into detailed software requirements (Functional/Non-Functional, Integration and technical specifications); Perform system analysis on software programs, applications, and web services/APIs; Assist in testing and troubleshooting of new system features during implementation, including documenting defects, errors and solutions by doing RCA (Root Cause Analysis); Efficiently integrate new systems, features, modules, and applications with business operations and services; Understand software product licenses and ensure compliance with IT industry regulations; Assess customer technology and operational constraints to identify gaps and risks; Help develop training and provide support related to the implementation of new systems features; Understand the high-level architecture of the product and interactions of components; Creating and maintaining deliverables within the assigned area; Collaborate as part of the full client lifecycle: RFP; Demos; Project Kick-Off; Implementation; Go Live; Optimizations; Document process workflow, build and configure the system based on design and ensure configuration meets requirements and works as expected; Maintain industry expertise; · Maintain compliance with ***’s policies, procedures and mission statement; · Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within ***’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and · Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by *** for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a technical business analyst; Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare/specialty pharmacy-related environment; Experience in writing simple to complex SQL queries (any relational database - Oracle is preferred); API testing and validation tools like SOAP-UI, Postman is required; Hands-on experience with API configuration is required; Experience with VSTS, Visio, Excel, word, etc.
